Suzhou I-Leader Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2018 with a registered and fully paid-in capital of RMB 10 million. Located at No. 1999 Zuan Shi Road, Weitang Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, the company has been accredited with the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise, National Technology-Based SME, Jiangsu Provincial Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and Innovative SME (SRCI SME), and Jiangsu Provincial Private Technology Enterprise.

The core shooter units consisting of the company’s self-manufactured fully automatic inorganic process core shooters, cold box process core shooters, hot box process core shooters, as well as supporting auxiliary equipment such as multi-station mobile sand mixers; together with the automated cells composed of coating pool systems, microwave drying systems, hydraulic trimming machines, various fixtures/dies, trimming dies and other equipment integrated with robots, can provide customers with a turnkey solution covering the entire process from raw sand processing to core shooting, core deburring, core assembly, core dip coating (flow coating), mold clamping, automatic core setting on molding lines, flash and burr removal from aluminum alloy cast blanks, automatic part arranging and palletizing. Over the years, the company has supplied more than 100 sets of core shooters and automated engineering projects to over 40 customers at home and abroad, gaining widespread recognition from them.

Our company currently employs 32 staff members, with over 90% holding college degrees or higher. Among them, 12 are engineering technicians with more than 15 years of experience. The team is primarily focused on the design, production, and sales of intelligent core shooter equipment for the foundry industry (capable of producing core shooters with a maximum shot volume ranging from 1L to 1000L) and supporting auxiliary equipment units, as well as automated foundry production line units (including the refurbishment of old core shooter units).
